Basic Equipment Details
Nozzle
Assemblies are made of a powder coated aircraft grade aluminum alloy base. Nozzle tubes are made with UV resistant PVC or bronze. These materials have all been carefully selected and engineered to maximize equipment life.
Floats
One-piece floats are molded of high strength polyethylene. They are impact, UV and chemical resistant. Some are closed-cell, urethane foam filled and do not require assembly or water for balancing. Evolution and Fusion floats are hollow.
Display Aerator Pumps
(Select Series 2)
Display Aerator Pumps (Select Series 2) are axial flow pumps using a propeller designed to pump large amounts of water at moderate pressure. These pumps are composed of high strength composite materials.
Fountain Pumps
(Select Series)
Fountain Pumps (Select Series) are centrifugal flow pumps using an impeller and diffuser designed to create high pressure at low flow rates. These pumps consist of machined bronze components.
Suction Screen
Suction Screens are made of high strength composite material and are non collapsible. Raised ridges are specifically engineered for durability and ease of cleaning. The openings are sized to prevent debris from damaging the pump and plugging nozzle tubes.
External Transformers
Boost Transformer – Single Phase
Changes single phase 208V to 220V, used where voltage is less than 208V or long cable lines reduce voltage excessively.

Light Transformer
Changes 480V to 120/240V to power lights where 120/240V is not available. 240V is automatically available with these single phase transformers. Four wire light cable can be used with 2 or 4 sets of lights. One, two, three or four 3 wire light cables can be used.

Configurations
Select Series
A pallet for an assembled Horizontal Configuration, regardless of horsepower, is 72”L x 48”W x 39”H (1.83m x 1.22m x 1.00m). Lights, control panel, cords and nozzle all fit on the pallet in most circumstances.
The Vertical Configuration is usually shipped unassembled. This is in addition to the separate boxes containing the nozzle, control panel, cords and each light set.
When the Vertical Configuration is shipped assembled, it uses a pallet 72”L x 48”W x 39”H (1.83m x 1.22m x 1.00m) regardless of horsepower. Lights, control panel, cords, and nozzle can all fit on the pallet in most circumstances.
All assembled products, Horizontal or Vertical, ship freight. All shipments are FOB Spring Valley, Illinois.

Titan Series
Titan Fountains weigh from 500-1500 lbs. It may be desirable to use a crane during installation and removal from the water.
The Fountain is shipped assembled on one large pallet, approximately 10 ft. long by 4 ft. wide. The control panel, lights and cords are sometimes shipped on separate pallets.
